There are so many great things happening in our lives and that of our children and their families that we thought it would be great to let everyone know what's going on with the Georgia Albas.
We've been living in Marietta for almost 22 years now and feel like we have found a home here in the South. We have great neighbors, awesome friends and incredible memories that we'd like to share with all.
Now we have six grandchildren - 3 boys - Andrew (almost 6), Micah, Jr (just turned 4) and Nolan (18 months) - 3 girls - Kaely (almost 3), Aurora (15 months) and Alaina Rose (6 days old).
We are truly blessed through the lives of our children and grandchildren.

- We (Kathie and Rene') have been married for almost 33 years. We have six children - Amy (Tyler is her husband, Andrew and Kaely their children), Jesse (Alicia is his wife, Aurora is their daughter - expecting number 2 in September), Micah (Wendy is his wife, Micah Jr, Nolan and Alaina are their children), Tristan, Kelsey (Pat is her husband) and Kaitlin - we probably have the record at Walton High School of having the most kids and longest tenure at the high school of any family. Kathie and I are empty-nesters now - not a fun thing but we enjoy life and our children and grandchildren.
